Email from Hamish Barton………..

After a really successful year this year we wanted to carry on with the talent development squad for 2017, which will actually start on December 11 at ASB Leisure centre. The focus for this squad will be on strength and conditioning and skills, which follows on from the focus we had on mental skills this year.

  • We are really lucky to have some great people involved in the programme
Fitness Testing- Northtec Team led by Ady McKenzie
  • Strength & Conditioning Education & Support- Caitlin Reidstra- (Former Northern Zone Netball Athlete/Personal Trainer)
  • Nutrition, Hydration Education & Support- Caitlin Reidstra

  • Skill Development- North coaches & Performance Coaches involved in the Northern Zone
Performance Coach Programme and Beko Squad

The athletes were selected based on their performances at various tournaments held throughout the season, namely the Whangarei Field Days & UNISS.

Celebrations to be had once again!
